Motorized Elements and Lights!
Not only does the ship look like the real thing, it also has moving parts and lights! We designed several of the naval guns, missile launchers, and the helicopter to rotate and move with a remote control. We also installed LED lights to make the model look amazing!
Community Build
The ship was sponsored through the USS Cleveland Legacy Foundation. During a two day build event, members of the community, corporate sponsors, and the ship’s crew helped with the construction of the LEGO model.
